Once a month the Pearson - Tooley crew get together for a family night. We all take turns hosting and cooking (or picking up) delicious meals for everyone. Last night was at Janene's house and she made a super yummy dinner. One dish involved a grilled avocado stuffed with chicken and pepperjack cheese in a bowl of queso topped with cilantro...YUM!
