3 Months

Jack - You have blessed us with three great months so far.  It's been exciting and eventful...first time to the swimming pool, met lots of new faces and friends at Square 1 (mom and baby group) and you also attempted to sing along with the choir at church.

You have kicked your bestie (old bestie), the ceiling fan, to the curb and could care less about him anymore.  You have been too interested in checking out all your new surroundings.  Your fists are loosening and you have started to open your hands up to grab on to anything nearby including DeeBo's fur.  Of course once you get ahold of anything you attempt to put it directly in your mouth.

We bought you a Baby Einstein Mozart CD and DVD which you looove!  In the car you listen sooo quietly to the songs playing and when you watch the video on TV you coo like crazy.  Thanks for trying to class up this family.  This month we start music class at Kindermusik every Wednesday afternoon.  You will probably be one of the smallest dudes in class, but hopefully you will still be able to enjoy it and participate.

Jack's Favorites List:
- Standing
- Fake coughing with a smile.  We think this is your attempt to learn how to giggle, then it just turns into a smiley pretend cough.
- Hanging out on your play mat
- Being outside, especially now that the weather is so cool
- Your favorite song is Itsy Bitsy Spider which includes choreographed dance moves

Jack's Eh Not So Much List:
- You still hate your car seat, which makes it difficult to take you places happy
- Loud noises and wet pants, but I'm pretty sure these come standard with babies

We look forward to another great month.  It looks like you are wanting to roll over, but its pretty difficult to figure out where your arms go and then you just get frustrated and cranky.  Hopefully we can figure this skill out in the coming weeks.
