Jack's First Christmas Extravaganza

It was a busy one. It all started with his first visit to Santa. The challenge was that Jack has become fascinated with beards and loves to pull on them. We were slightly worried Jack would fall in love with the beard of all beards and get booted from Santa's lap. To our surprise, it all went well...until we got home with our pic and realized Santa was the one not well behaved (hint: his Right Hand below).

CHRISTMAS AT JANENES
Our second stop for Christmas was Janene's house where we stayed for the weekend. Jack got his first experience opening presents and as expected, he had the most fun with the wrapping paper and even managed to sneak a few pieces in his mouth...every 5-6 minutes. We had a great time and got to spend some quality time with Janene, Angela, Jeff, Ben, Kori & Rhone. We even had a surprise visit from Kay, Renee and their kiddos.

CHRISTMAS WITH THE PEARSONS
The following weekend we went to Ben & Shawn's house for Christmas brunch followed by the annual trip to Jake's grandparent's house. It was great to finally see Ben & Shawn's house and brunch was delicious. Jack scored some more great gifts including his first baseball gear and a dancing cactus that nails Rawhide...yup, Rawhide.

The last destination was a week in Austin. It was a full-house with Grandma Edith, Spencer, Meredith, & the boys, Laurel and Uncle Jan. It was so great to see everyone and Jack got to learn a thing or two from his cousins...including the proper way to give shertberts and blow kisses. He's still working on both of them.
