Another great weekend in the books! We headed out to Benbrook Friday night to Pops and Shawns house for the night. It was so fun to be able to spend time with them!
Saturday morning we headed out to Mimi and Papas community pool in Granbury for a Pearson family get together. Everyone played, ate and swam. It was fun to get to see everyone we don't get to visit with as often as we'd like.
Saturday afternoon we headed back to Austin to get ready for Jack's Xtreme 3rd Birthday Breakfast. Party started Sunday morning at 8:30 am...it was an early one but kids are up early anyways, so why not bring them on over for breakfast.
Since the X Games were hosted in Austin this weekend we thought it would be fun to have an extreme sports party theme.
Jacob created a couple race tracks so the kiddos could race cars against each other.
There was also an indoor track with a stunt flip and ramp.

There was a trucker hat decorating station. The kids made some pretty adorable hats!

After the party we took Jack out to the X Games for the afternoon. I am sure he is bossing me around to go somewhere for him.
Motorcycles, trucks and skateboards were everywhere...Jack thought this place was pretty cool!
We watched the stadium super trucks which was a pretty awesome event.

They had a 14 year old make it to the finals, which freaks me out as a mother since that kid isn't even street legal yet, but I thought it was pretty cute he was sponsored by Tonka. haha!
I got sunscreen on the camera lens so it's a little fuzzy, but you can still see them jump. There was a Bruce Jenner son in this heat.
Such an awesome birthday weekend!
