Clive's 2nd Birthday!!

We had Clive's 2nd birthday party Saturday at Zilker Park. I had fretted about the weather all week since it was showing 80% chance of rain, but the day came and it ended up being 80 degrees with no rain. woot!

Clive's current obsession is Mickey Mouse so that is how we celebrated! Everyone wore their Mickey ears, even the adults, except for Clive. HA! I will say it was a fantastic way to keep track of all the kiddos with little ears running all of the park. 

We were able to get everyone on the same Zilker Zephyr train ride so us and our ears took over that mutha!

After the train the kids ran around with balloons and played and played until they were red in the face and ready for naps!

 

Having the party outside and not at our house was pretty nice. Pizza, balloons, park, train and cupcakes...check! I had little bags for the kiddos with a few treats and some room left to fit in their ears.

Bronson approved!

That night after naps we all met at Kay and Renee's house to play some more and have dinner. They had amazing pasta shipped in straight from the east coast...it was delish!

 

 

It's going to be a pretty eventful 2nd birthday. Turning a whole 'nother year older, moving to a new house and potty training. Mrs. Paloma (potty training master) said Clive is ready and she is going to start working with him at school.

Not sure Clive is all that fond of it :)

Happy Birthday little man!! You have become a little chatter box these last couple of weeks and it's so fun to hear all the things you have to say. And you are very patient with me when I still don't understand some of it, but we get through it giggling at each other. Can't wait to see what the next year has in store for you!!
