Here are some highlights from our first month of life.
- We have been doing lots of tummy time, but still not able to control the dome quite yet.
- Jack is now more alert and can focus on faces now.
- He's also learned how to grab things with those long mits. This includes moms necklace in one hand and moms hair in the other and screaming for dear life 2 inches from my face.
- The little man has been doing a lot of smiling in his sleep. Not sure what he is dreaming about since there are only a handful of memories in there, but whatever it is must be good. His smile is pretty cute.
- I think Jack has perfected his timing on blowing out diapers just as soon as dad gets a clean one on.
- DeeBo has been a great big brother and sprints into action if he hears Jack cry.
Laura and Eli are in town from NYC and came over last night for a visit and so we could introduce the boys. Unfortunately they weren't awake at the same time for the actual introduction to happen. And we need to capture a better picture of Benjamin next time too. Ha!
We are excited to head to the Terry's lake house this weekend to see all of our friends for the annual Fourth of July gathering. It's going to be hard to give Jack up on Saturday even if it is only for about 24 hours. Thanks Janene for volunteering to watch the little man for us.
