Colorado Springs was only an hour and a half away from Denver, so we got in that evening for dinner and found a really fun dog friendly restaurant with a dog run out back. Lucy was happy with her pupcakes!
They even served our meals in dog bowls. A little much but it was a fun place!
The next day we headed to Pueblo to see grandma and pick her up for lunch at the Food Wars famous Gray's Coors for a slopper.
The boys also got a chance to run around the farm.
The air b&b we rented in Co Springs was in a great location...we were in walking distance from downtown.

Wednesday we took the boys to Santas Workshop. I had never been before and it was a lot of fun. It wasn't too crowded so the boys could pretty much ride anything they wanted without a line.
A view from the tallest ferris wheel in the country
We decided to make a traditional Thanksgiving in our rental house...well they made stuff I helped the boys decorate placemats.
Clive approved of the rolls!
Later that evening the boys put together a gingerbread house
Friday we drove to Frisco to go tubing. OMG this was so fun!!
We met our cousin Karli and her wife for dinner that night and Clive couldn't keep his eyes open
Before we took off for TX we stopped at Grandma Edith's one last time for some corn pickin' and a picnic.
