I was afraid to post anything about the house since so far it's all been moving along pretty smoothly and I don't want to be the one to jinx it.
Our current house is under contract and we are also under contract with our new house. If all goes as planned we close early February on both houses...lease back our current house for a month so we can do renovations to the new house, then move in early March.
The new house was built in 1995 so every single room in that place needs an update. It's going to be a lot of work in a short amount of time, but it will be nice to have it done the way we want and will practically be a new house when we are finished. It also has a pool...Jack is pretty pumped about that! He calls it our vacation house. :)
Here is a sneak peek of some of the very impressive wallpaper, invisible glass shelving (that I hit my head on a multiple times) and seashell sinks...wowzas!!
