We went to Columbus Ohio recently to celebrate the wonderful lives of Uncle Jan and Aunt Vicky.
Technically it was for Jan since he passed recently, but Aunt Vicky was such a huge part of his life, their church life, family life and friends lives that it really was a celebration of them both!
Laurel did a great job putting together his service and time spent with family. It was really fun getting to see everyone and hang out together!
Random small world coincidence...Jacob built his food truck based on google image he found of a food truck in Ohio called Porketta. Come to find out after Big Delicious was built and up and running the owner of Porketta is our cousin Laurels good friend. Porketta was setting up shop at an event at the Budweiser brewery while we were in town so we went to check them out!
I might have pushed little children aside as I sprinted to see the Clydesdales and the Budweiser dog!!
Porketta was AMAZING and they had a special dish Big Delicious may need to test out called a meat sundae
I got to meet the man himself!
We got lots of time over the weekend to spend time with family we don't get to see often which was nice! We made sure to hit up all of Aunt Vickies and Uncle Jan's favorite spots
Aunt Vicky and Uncle Jan are finally together!
